VOLUME 1
The integration point rises, intending to not just immerse you in a journey of healing, but provide you with a toolbox that will help you integrate your emotional process so that healing becomes a journey rather than a destination.  
Our main purpose is to teach you how to navigate between shadow and light and work with presence. 
Our principle is that your body is your temple and your most important instrument of human navigation, and it should be treated as such in your daily routine.
Our container will include a broad spectrum of self-healing tools, from strong body workout training to trauma-informed breath-work, sound meditation ceremony, cacao and prayer ritual, inner child work, and bodywork, all accompanied with food direct from the local farm, cooked and served by the amazing community of Zihuatanejo. Not to mention the daily inspiration of the majestic sunrises and sunsets, on an intimately secluded beach.

This is an invitation for you not to escape, but to inscape, to go deep within and change your habits from the root.

It is a retreat that will not substitute deep psychotherapeutic work or medical processes, yet will give you the perspective of the lifestyle you are living and provide a methodology that can help you transform from within.

My devotion is not to heal you but to give you all the tools you need, to heal yourself.
